Attorney Admission Requirements
Federal Court Admission:
To represent clients in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island, an attorney licensed to practice in Rhode Island must also be admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.

Pro Hac Vice Admission -- A member in good standing of the bar of any state and the bar of any other U.S. District Court may, upon motion, be permitted to argue or try a particular cause in whole or in part as counsel. Motions to Appear Pro Hac Vice must conform to Local Rule 204 of the U.S. District Court. See also LBR 9010-1 of this Court.
