Courtroom Audio Available on Case Dockets
The Court participates in the electronic audio program called "Court Talk". This program gives PACER users access to recorded court hearings, trials and proceedings that have been uploaded to the case docket shortly after hearing. These recordings appear on the docket as PDF files that contain MP3 wave file attachments, identified by a small speaker symbol on the docket.
Audio recordings available on the case docket are provided as a convenience to the public and cannot be used for transcript purposes. In accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 753(b), "[n]o transcripts of the proceedings of the Court shall be considered as official, except those made from the records certified by the reporter or other individual designated to produce the record."
