• Judge John A. Dorsey is the Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island. 

• Judge Diane Finkle (retired) has been recalled to serve as a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge assigned to the District of Rhode Island for the period September 9, 2025 through September 9, 2026.

• Judge Christopher J. Panos of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts has been designated to preside over bankruptcy matters in the District of Rhode Island for the period September 7, 2025 through September 6, 2026.
