• Judge Diane Finkle (retired) has been recalled to serve as a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge assigned to the District of Rhode Island.

• Judge Christopher J. Panos of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts has been designated to preside over bankruptcy matters in the District of Rhode Island.
