Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2071(b), the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island invites public comment on the proposed amendments to its local rules and forms.  Copies of the proposed amendments are available here. 

Comments on the proposed local rule and form changes should be received by November 26, 2024. Comments can be made by email to Jonathan_Pincince@rib.uscourts.gov or in writing addressed to:

Absent any further change, the proposed rule and form changes will take effect on December 1, 2024.
