Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2071(b), the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island invites public comment on the proposed amendments to Local Rule 5071-1 and Appendix III.  Copies of the proposed amendments are available here. 

Comments on the proposed amendments should be received by February 11, 2026. Comments can be made by email to Jonathan_Pincince@rib.uscourts.gov or in writing addressed to:
