Today, November 3, 2022, the Rhode Island Bankruptcy Court issued General Order 22-002 rescinding, effective December 1, 2022, the adoption of Interim Bankruptcy Rules related to the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019 as these rules will become part of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure on that date, and also adopting revised Interim Local Rule 1020, which supersedes its prior GO 20-008 related to local rule 1020.  See order for details.
