In light of the re-elevation of Providence County and surrounding communities to the High Covid-19 transmission category, the Bankruptcy Court will conduct its January 18 and February 1, 2023 motion calendars virtually via the Zoom.Gov platform, in accordance with GO 20-009.  The Courtroom Deputy will email case participants with the link for these calendars in advance of the hearings, and an instructional document for using the Zoom platform remains posted on the Court’s website calendar page.  Individual training is also available upon request.

We will continue to monitor transmission levels and will provide further updates to future court calendars, as necessary.
