On January 13, 2022, Bankruptcy Judge Diane Finkle issued General Order 22-001 entitled “Excepting Response Time Language on Motions to Apply for or Accept Homeowner Assistance Funds.
In addition, the Court has created a webpage with information about the Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF), a template Motion for Consent to Apply for the Homeowner Assistance Fund, and instructions for electronically filing the motion.
