During this program the speakers will provide you with insights and a guide to avoiding common mistakes that may only appear after a bankruptcy has been filed. Both Chapter 7 & 13 proceedings will be covered by the panelists. They will discuss the types of issues that arise during the meeting of creditors and during confirmation under Chapter 13, as well as pitfalls to avoid.
