The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island is pleased to announce the selection of Jonathan E. Pincince as the next Bankruptcy Clerk for the District of Rhode Island.  Mr. Pincince has been with the judiciary for nine years and currently serves as career law clerk to the Honorable Diane Finkle, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge.  He previously spent nine years in private practice concentrating in commercial, litigation and insolvency laws.  Mr. Pincince is a 2004 graduate of Roger Williams University Law School and served on its Law Review from 2002-2004, including as its Editor-in-Chief from 2003-2004.  Mr. Pincince will become Acting Clerk of Court in March 2023 and assume the Clerk position in the late summer or early fall of 2023.
