The Case Management/Electronic Case Filing System (CM/ECF) for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Rhode Island will be unavailable from Friday October 1, 2021 beginning at 6:00 PM until approximately 8:00 AM on Monday October 4, 2021, in order to upgrade to the Next Generation of CM/ECF (NextGen). Please have your last transaction submitted no later than 4:30 PM on Friday October 1, 2021.

While CM/ECF is unavailable filings which are required to be filed during such time period may be filed using our helpdesk email. For any filings requiring the payment of a fee which are filed via email, the Court will issue a notice of fees due.
