Bankruptcy Judge Diane Finkle has signed General Order 20-004 which allows the Clerk's Office to temporarily accept documents from self-represented parties beginning on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, by alternative means including electronically by email or by placement in a depository box located outside the Clerk's office public entrance. Self-represented parties may continue to file by mail as well. CLICK HERE to review all terms and conditions stated in the order.
