Method of Payment
The following payment methods apply, based on the type of filer:
Fees for electronically filed documents:
- If an electronically filed document requires a fee, the fee must be paid through pay.gov with a credit card, debit or by ACH Transaction.
By Debtors -- Fees for conventional filings and other services:
- Exact Cash
- Money Order
- Cashier's Check
- Bank Account ACH transaction*
- Debit Card*

By Non-Debtors -- Fees for other services available at the Clerk's Office (certifications, copies, etc..):

The Court has a new Electronic Payment Method Available through Pay.Gov (separate from ECF payment method) for non-ECF filers (debtors or other parties without an ECF account). Please visit this page for details about how to pay online.
