Oral History - U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Arthur N. Votolato (DJ)

Judge Arthur N. Votolato was the first bankruptcy judge to sit in Rhode Island, and for 44 years, he was the only U.S. bankruptcy judge to serve the state. He also served on the First Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, Massachusetts, Maine and Puerto Rico panels, including numerous years as its Chief Judge. His oral history was completed by Judge Joan Feeney on August 23, 2013.
