The U.S. Trustee Program is implementing virtual § 341 meetings of creditors in chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases in the District of Rhode Island for meetings being held on or after October 5, 2023.

All attorneys and staff are invited to join one of the U.S. Trustee's information sessions scheduled for Friday, September 22, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. and Monday, September 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. The information sessions will be conducted by Teams, are open to everyone, and will cover a variety of topics including:

• Connecting to a Zoom Meeting

• Participating in a Zoom Meeting

• Requirements for Verifying Debtors' ID; and more.

Please RSVP by emailing your name, email address, and session you will be attending, along with the name, email address, and session date for each additional person attending, to lynn.h.whiting@usdoj.gov no later than September 15, 2023. The U.S. Trustee will follow up with further instructions.
