Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2071(b), the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island invites public comment on the proposed amendments to its local rules.  Copies of the proposed amendments are available here.

Comments on the proposed local rule changes should be received by July 13, 2020. Comments can be made by email to Susan_Thurston@rib.uscourts.gov or in writing addressed to:

Absent any further change, the proposed rule changes will take effect on July 15, 2020.
