The Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, the Official Bankruptcy Forms, and a Director’s Bankruptcy Form will be amended on December 1, 2023. The following rules and forms will be amended:

• Bankruptcy Rules 3011, 8003, 9006, and 9038 (new rule);
• Official Forms 410A and 417A; and
• Director’s Form 1340.

The Judicial Conference of the United States approved inflationary adjustments to the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule effective December 1, 2023. The amended fees can be found here.
