Notice Regarding Motions to Continue or Extend the Automatic Stay Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(3)(B)
Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(3)(B), in order for the Court to timely act on motions to continue the automatic stay, which stay would otherwise lapse on the 30th day after case filing, counsel are advised to file any such motions within the first ten (10) days of case filing so the standard 14-day objection period prescribed in R.I.
