Effective 10/1/2013: Attorneys Required to Electronically File Form B21
Effective October 1, 2013, the Clerk’s office will follow amended Local Rule 1007-1(b)(2) in its deadline and review procedures for the filing of the debtors Statement of Social Security Number(s) (Official Form B21). Attorneys electronically filing new bankruptcy petitions will now be required to file the Statement of Social Security Number(s) (Official Form B21) as a separate private event in ECF immediately upon completion of the filing of the petition.
Failure to file the Statement of Social Security Number will result in the issuance of a 7 Day Missing Documents Notice and Notice of Automatic Dismissal for Non-Compliance. For filing instructions and notice, click here.
