2. How many people have you served at the RI Bankruptcy Legal Clinic to date?
3. Do the customers come to the appointment with their Intake Form and Agreement for Limited Legal Advice filled out?
4. Is there anything that should be added to the Intake Form or the Agreement for Limited Legal Advice?
5. Does the Clinic room have all of the forms and tools you need to be successful? If not, please list the items not available.
6. Do you prefer to keep the Clinic appointments at 30 minutes each?
7. Occassionally, appointments run over 30 minutes. Would you like a bankruptcy staff member to check on your status after 30 minutes?
8. Rarely, a situation arises at the last minute where the scheduled volunteer attorney cannot make the appointment. Would you be interested in being on a "last minute" call list?
9. The Clinic's on-line scheduling program allows customers to sign up for an appointment up to the day of the clinic. Do you think the clinic should have a cut off date/time after which an appointment may not be scheduled (ie day before by 12:00 PM or some other cut off date/time)? If yes, please give suggested date/time for cut off.
10. Do you support continuing the current Clinic schedule of twice a month on Wednesdays from 11-12 PM?
