The Bankruptcy Court’s website contains information to help you answer questions you may have about the bankruptcy process. It gives you access to the forms necessary to complete a bankruptcy filing, Local Rules and instructions, and provides links to other helpful websites such as the approved Credit Counseling Agencies and Financial Management Agencies you will need to use in meeting your filing requirements. Basic information such as directions to the Court, hours of operation, fee schedules, case manager assignments and the current calendars are posted. The website also provides links to the various Federal and Local Rules.
Obtaining Court Documents
Click here for instructions for obtaining copies of your documents from the Court. If your case file is no longer at the Court, information is provided for you to contact the Federal Records Center so that you can contact them directly to obtain copies of documents.
