CM/ECF Minimum System Requirements



  • A high speed internet connection
  • A scanner or device to convert paper documents into electronic form for filing.
    Software that will convert files to PDF/A for electronic filing such as Adobe Acrobat Standard (not the reader software)
  • A browser which is supported by CM/ECF such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox
  • A computer system capable of running the above requirements
