| Good Afternoon! We are pleased to announce the implementation of the Court's On-Line Registration for Electronic Case Filing (ECF). Beginning immediately, anyone eligible to become an electronic filer may take the required training and apply for a login and password by through the court's website. Please read the attached file for more information. Interactive Training Modules are required for certain types of electronic filers, and are available to anyone in need of a refresher course in ECF. | The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island is excited to announce the upcoming implementation of Court Talk. This resource will grant ECF users access to recorded proceedings posted on the docket. These recordings will be docketed as PDF files that will contain MP3 attachments, identified by a small speaker symbol on the docket. Please remember that these digital recordings are copies of court proceedings and are provided as a convenience to the public. In accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 753 (b) "[n]o transcripts of the proceedings of the court shall be considered as official except those made from the records certified by the reporter or other individual designated to produce the record." |
