To practice in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island, you must either be a member of the Federal Bar for the District of Rhode Island or file a Motion to Appear Pro Hac Vice. Admission to the Federal Bar is made through the US District Court. Below are the relevant documents.
