Attorney ECF Registration

(1) In order to register for ecf training, an attorney must complete the below registration forms and forward them to:

• ECF Certification Form re Prerequisites
• Form A to the Court's Local Rule 5005-4 (Registration Form).

(2) If you are an attorney in receipt of a court notice to become an electronic filer pursuant to Local Rule 5005-4, the ECF Training Coordinator must receive your completed registration forms within 30 days of receiving the notice.

A limited use registration is available for parties interested in electronically filing ONLY notices of appearance by attorneys, requests for notice, reaffirmation agreements or claims-related documents. To enroll, complete a Limited Use/Claim Registration (Form E) and mail to Carolyn Sweeney at the addess listed on the form. If you are currently an ECF user in another district, you must also complete and mail an Affidavit of Registration in Other District.

If an attorney/interested party is currently registered and in good standing in CM/ECF in another federal bankruptcy court district, ECF training is waived upon the court's receipt of the following 2 forms:

• Affidavit of Registration in Other District
• Registration Form A
