How do I obtain a copy of my discharge?

A copy of the discharge will be mailed to the debtor(s) and creditor(s) once the court grants the action.

Copies of the discharge or other documents filed in the case may be obtained by following the steps outlined below:

If your case was filed or closed within the past two years, a copy of the discharge may be obtained by visiting the Clerk’s Office and requesting the file. (Copies may be made in the public area).

If your case was filed in 1998 or thereafter, a copy of the discharge may be downloaded to your computer. Users may use the Case Query Information to view and download documents that have been imaged by the court.

If the case has been inactive (i.e. closed more than two years ago) information on reviewing and obtaining copies of your discharge may be found at:
